as for the tips:

1) ask if you have concession for bus/tram fare. Not sure about Sydney though.
2) hungry jacks is cheap and filling if you don’t wanna cook. cause Sydney is the most expensive place to eat/live ^_^
3) Ask strangers for directions, but beware of Bogans and drunks. You’ll know how Bogans look like by their bad teeth and bad clothing. Drunks are just loud.
4) bring jacket/long sleeve. It’s winter now
5) lip balm too, cause it’s very dry.

oh for concession, apply for the Tertiary Transport Concession card. good when you want to travel out of town from Brisbane within QLD and that green International Student ID card thingy. (whtever taht is…but apparently it is free if you apply for a bank acct with NAB ).

Today: penne drizzled with basil, chopped sundried tomatoes and bacon. Heart attack supreme but oh-so-yummy and easy.

Tip: powder your chicken/beef/pork pieces with cornflour before stir-frying for maximum tenderness
