Butterflies

… And so we went out on a date. We didn’t knew it was a date then but then again who knows? Well, randomly she said she wanted to go to Genting. Plus , we haven’t been to the casino. Just the two of us. Maybe we’d make up for lost time for all that 5 years we haven’t seen each other ?

Batu Caves

There was a traffic jam on the way there. So we decided to just drop by batu caves. Man those stairs are tough. I haven’t been there for ages. The whole place seems unreal. You just gotta be there to know what I mean.

Genting

We had a great time in Genting. It wasn’t really cold at all. We did not get into the casino anyways because I was wearing a t-shirt and she was wearing sandals. Stupid dress code. We sat on a roller-coaster though, it hurts the bum. Plus she said I looked good in polo shirts. To which I promise I would one day buy a polo shirt and post a picture of me wearing it.

The next day would be movie day at Times Square. That and also a major shopping spree. Well, at least it felt like a major shopping spree. Not that she bought a lot of stuff, but I had the energy sapped out of me.

Shopping malls = Exhausted men

We watched The Longest Yard. What can I say, Adam Sandler-type movie. Really funny for sick people. More walking after the movie! Off to Jalan Alor for its really good chicken wings. What a great day.

I was over at her house because she wanted to give me some photos. Standing outside her house sure brings back memories. I remember standing there broken hearted. The boy I used to be.

And there we were, like secondary school kids again. It felt like such a long time ago. Then again it could have been only yesterday. But it was five years. I had butterflies in my stomach as I always did. She was my angel.

Our feet. She’s a little camera shy.

… and we hugged farewell because we might never meet again. I helped her pack her stuff. She said her heart was heavier than the luggage she was carrying and she didn’t want to go just yet. I didn’t want her to go too. Maybe we’ll meet again in 5 years.
