A life apart

Last year in July, I went to Bangkok with Shufen and her family. I didn’t know what to expect, but one word to describe the city is …. vibrant.

Monks waiting for the ferry. Just 10 Baht to travel the whole Chao Praya river. One day, part of my ashes will be spread here .

Temple spires

They actually use Toyota Corolla Altis for taxis!! Damned stupid car tax of ours.

The nightlife. Thai schoolgirls are hot!! Too bad I only have a picture of their backs. Damned..

Shufen and me celebrated our birthday at the Hard Rock Cafe, Bangkok

Beggars have golden retrievers to teman them begging

The infamous Patpong. It looks likes just Petaling Street but it has strip clubs on both sides. I should have took pictures of those.

Another picture of Patpong. It has 2 main roads and one lane. One road for guys , one road for girls and the lane is for inbetweens.

Being in this city, I can’t help but imagine “What if I grew up in Bangkok?” . Times like these, reincarnation certainly sounds enticing, being that I could live many lifetimes and experience different things. Oh well , maybe in another lifetime …
