Sunday, July 30th, 2006For months I’ve stared at the computer at least more than 4 hours a day. It would be an understatement to say that my eyes need some rest. I’ve acquired some eyebags I think. Put this with my smile lines and crows feet, and I think my pretty face aint what it used to be. Yes, I know I’m vain.
The other day, someone dropped something and I had to run up an elevator to pass it back to her. She said thanks and I realised I was out of breath. Not because she was uber hot or anything, but because I have lousy stamina !
In any case, I need to go take a long walk in the park. Spend some time with mother nature (more like watching monkeys poop on the Kiara hill trail). Perhaps build my stamina by walking a few kilometers.
In addition, I will not look at a computer screen or the tv at all for the whole friggin Sunday.
Now that’s a challenge for me.
